Who we are and what this covers
This website is operated under the name Bulk Peptide Blends (“BPB”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers personal information collected through this website, including our Request Pricing form (also used for documentation and private-label requests) and our Contact form, and the related emails we send. It does not cover third-party websites we link to, such as WhatsApp or X.
Information we collect
Information you give us
- Request Pricing
- Company or organization, contact name, business email, phone (optional), preferred contact method (email, phone or WhatsApp), buyer type, the products and quantities you select, and any notes you add.
- Contact form
- Full name, business name, email, phone (optional), inquiry type, country or region, and your message.
- Your attestation
- That you ticked the confirmation checkbox (21 or older, business or research buyer, research use only, agreement to our Terms), the policy version it referred to, and the time. We do not collect identity documents.
- Emails and messages
- Anything you send us by email or WhatsApp, and our replies.
Your age confirmation
When you first enter the website you are asked to confirm that you are 21 or older. Your answer is remembered only in your own browser (a small browser-storage entry, bpb_age_gate, holding a version number and an expiry time, kept for 30 days) so you are not asked on every page. It is not a cookie, contains no personal information, and is not sent to us; we do not record who confirmed. See Cookies & Browser Storage.
Information collected with a form submission
When you submit a form, your browser also sends:
- a random session identifier created in your browser tab (it contains no personal information and is not linked to other websites; see Cookies & Browser Storage);
- how you arrived during that browser tab: the page you first landed on and when, the address of the website that linked to us (the site only, for example
google.com, if your browser provides it), any campaign tags in the link you followed (for exampleutm_source), the same details for the most recent different link you arrived from, and which page or button led you to the form.
We use this only to understand which pages and channels lead to business inquiries. We do not use it to identify you across websites, and we do not use device fingerprinting.
Technical information
Like any website, our hosting and server-function providers receive your IP address and basic request details (such as browser type) when you load a page or submit a form, and may record them in their standard logs. Our own application uses your IP address only briefly, in memory, to limit repeated submissions; it does not store it with your request.
We do not collect payment card details (the website takes no payments), precise location, or sensitive categories of information. Please do not include such information in your messages.
How we use information
- To respond to your request or inquiry, prepare quotes, and follow up using the contact method you choose.
- To send one acknowledgement email after a website submission. It is not a marketing message, and you are not added to any mailing list.
- To process, invoice, fulfil and support orders, and to keep business, tax and legal records.
- To keep a record of the attestation you gave with each request.
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and channels lead to inquiries, so we can improve the website.
- To protect the website and our business, for example by filtering spam and duplicate or abusive submissions, and to comply with law.
We do not currently send marketing emails. If we ever do, we will update this policy first and every marketing email will include a way to opt out.
No sale, no advertising, no tracking
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising. This website uses no advertising, analytics, social-media or other third-party tracking scripts, does not use device fingerprinting, and sets no cookies.
Do Not Track and privacy signals
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites or services and use no third-party tracking, there is no such tracking for these signals to switch off; every visitor is treated the same way.
How long we keep information
We keep request, inquiry, order and attestation records for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, for business recordkeeping, to prevent and resolve disputes, to meet legal obligations, and for our legitimate business operations. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we delete or anonymize it where appropriate. We do not operate a fixed, automatic deletion schedule. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below), and we will do so unless we need to keep it for one of these reasons.
How we protect information
The website is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Form submissions go to a server function that validates them before storing anything. The database tables holding your information are not accessible to the public website: only our server-side functions and authorized team members can read them. Service credentials are kept in secure secret storage, never in the website's code. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit a form; you can still email us directly. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sales@bulkpeptideblends.com from the email address you used. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, and we will respond within a reasonable time. Where we must keep certain records by law, we will tell you.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. By submitting a form, you understand that your information will be processed in this way.
We do not use non-essential cookies, analytics, advertising cookies or persistent tracking. If we introduce any of them, we will update this policy and the Cookies page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Age
This website is intended for business buyers aged 21 or older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the version and date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will describe it on this page before it takes effect. See how our policies are updated.
