A research-use label does not make any other use acceptable. We do not market, describe or supply products for use in or on people or animals, and our website, documents and communications are written for research procurement only.
Who we sell to
This website is only for visitors aged 21 or older; every visitor is asked to confirm their age before entering.
We supply businesses and research organizations — for example research laboratories, distributors and private-label brands — and we do not sell to consumers. Every request submitted through our website includes a confirmation by the person submitting it that they are 21 or older, are acting for a business or research organization, understand that products are for research use only and not for human consumption, and agree to our Terms of Use & Sale.
That confirmation is recorded with the request. Neither confirmation is identity or age verification; we may ask for more information about an organization and its intended research before quoting or supplying.
No medical or usage advice
Nothing on this website or in our communications is medical, clinical, dosing or treatment advice. Our Resources cover sourcing, documentation and procurement topics only. We do not provide dosing, administration or reconstitution guidance for use in people or animals, and we do not answer questions seeking it.
Handling and compliance
Research materials should be received, stored, handled and disposed of only by qualified personnel, in suitable facilities, following applicable laws, regulations and institutional safety practices. Buyers are responsible for determining and complying with the requirements that apply to their activities and location, including any registrations, licenses or permits.
Documentation and product information
- A Certificate of Analysis relates only to the sample and lot it identifies. Results shown on our Quality page are representative and do not guarantee the results of any other lot.
- Ask our team about documentation for the specific lot you are quoted.
- Product names and strengths identify what is supplied. Product images are illustrative; the product supplied is as described in your quote and invoice.
Resale and private label
Distributors and private-label brands are responsible for their own labels, packaging, listings and claims. Products must remain designated for research use only and must not be presented for human or animal use or accompanied by therapeutic, efficacy, safety or dosing claims. See Terms of Use & Sale.
When we decline
We decline requests and orders that indicate human or animal use, that come from consumers, where we cannot confirm that supply to the buyer or destination is lawful, or where information provided appears inaccurate. We may decline any request at our discretion.
