Before you order
A pricing request creates no obligation and involves no payment. A quote is not an order: nothing is binding until we confirm your order in writing and issue an invoice (see Terms of Use & Sale). Please check products, strengths and quantities in your quote before you accept it.
Damaged, incorrect or short deliveries
Inspect every shipment when it arrives. If anything is damaged, incorrect or short, email us within five (5) business days after delivery with reasonable order information and supporting documentation, including where applicable:
- your invoice or order number;
- a description of the problem, including the affected products and quantities; and
- photographs of the packaging, labels and contents as received.
Keep the products and packaging until we reply. We review each report and tell you in writing how we will resolve it. Do not send anything back unless we have authorized the return in writing.
Returns
Correctly supplied products are generally final sale. Because we cannot verify how products were stored or handled after delivery, any return requires our prior authorization, is considered case by case, and must follow our instructions. Damaged, incorrect or short deliveries are handled under the reporting process above.
Cancellations
- Regular orders may be cancelled before we commit the order to fulfillment or shipment, subject to the terms of your accepted quote or invoice.
- Special and custom orders become non-cancellable once we commit funds, inventory, production, labeling or packaging, or other non-recoverable costs specific to your order, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If we cancel an order we cannot fulfil, we refund any payment received for it.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where reasonably possible. If that is not possible, we will agree another appropriate method with you. We confirm the amount and method in writing.
