Where we ship
The United States is our standard market. International orders may be considered case by case, subject to our approval, destination-country restrictions, customs and import requirements, and carrier availability. We do not offer worldwide shipping.
We welcome inquiries from any country, but a country appearing in our contact form, or a market mentioned elsewhere on our website, does not mean we can ship there. We confirm whether we can supply a destination before we quote, and we may decline any destination.
Shipping terms
Shipping is arranged order by order. Whether shipping or freight is included in the price or charged separately, and the shipping method, are determined and disclosed as part of your individual quote or order.
Risk of loss and shipping responsibility are governed by the shipping terms stated in your accepted quote, invoice or order.
Timing
We do not publish or guarantee dispatch or delivery times on this website. Any timing we give you is an estimate for your specific order, confirmed in writing, and carrier transit times and customs processing are outside our control.
International buyers and imports
If you order for delivery outside the United States, you are the importer and you are responsible for:
- confirming that importing, possessing and using the products for research is lawful in your country and for your organization;
- obtaining any import permit, license, registration or other authorization your country requires;
- customs clearance, and paying any duties, taxes, brokerage or other import charges; and
- providing accurate information and any documents customs authorities request.
We do not guarantee that a shipment will clear customs. We may ask for information about your organization and import authorization before quoting, and we will not ship where we cannot confirm that the shipment is lawful.
Restricted destinations and parties
We comply with U.S. export-control and sanctions laws. We do not ship to embargoed or sanctioned destinations, or to restricted or denied parties, and we may decline any order that raises export-compliance concerns.
Addresses and delivery
You are responsible for giving us a complete and accurate business delivery address and a contact who can receive the shipment. Changes to the delivery address must be confirmed by us in writing before dispatch.
Damaged or missing shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged, is missing items or does not match your invoice, follow the steps in Returns, Refunds & Cancellations.
